My aim is to offer an affordable high quality service and my success rate is nearly 100%. I will give you a maximum cost for a job and will stand any labour costs over that figure as part of my commitment. I will not invent difficulties in an attempt to boost the cost. In the unlikely event that I am unable to identify and fix your problem or fulfill the service that I have undertaken to provide, I will reduce my fee accordingly and readily. Most of the work I do is removal of viruses, adware, spyware, malware etc, all of which can seriously harm and slow down your system. For the above service I charge a maximum fee of £75 for the removal of such software, updating your PC, fixing minor faults, installing internet security software and showing you how to use it. After which, you should never need me again (due to harmful software.) This is an extremely good deal, I will be doing very much more for you than the big name shops do. I will provide a harmful software only removal service for £45, if you insist on it, but I very strongly advise against this low cost option. I have an honours degree in electronics and have extensive experience with computers (since 1975) as a programmer, an electronics engineer and as a PC enthusiast.
