I have been coaching for a few years now and hold a Diploma in Life Coaching, gaining a merit. Life coaching is not currently regulated, however, the life coaching diploma course I studied with was the first life coaching training course in the UK to be fully accredited by two external bodies and is still the only life coach training course accredited by both the European Coaching Institute and the Open College Network. Now in my thirties, I originally trained as an office administrator and am very organised by nature. I am honest, reliable, straightforward and no nonsense in approach, in this profession, my qualities allow for fast and true results. I would urge anyone who is not entirely happy, or simply wants to learn how to prepare, motivate and set goals for themselves to think about gaining some life coaching.
