I'm Craig Sclare , I have healthy obsession with looking inside "big ole heads" to see what's going on, why, how, where and with who. I am also a Learning addict! I spent many years at a leading blue chip organisation - Dixons Stores Group international. Time was spent as a senior retail manager and my recent times (last 10 yrs) have been spent in various Learning and Development roles throughout the organisation including retail and most recently supply chain. Change as I see it is the biggest reasons companies are successful, failing to change and failing to know how to help your people with change is a big area that can turn round and bite you when you least expect it. Change is huge! I have spent the last 3 years successfully developing managers and leaders in leading and implementing a major change programme that has resulted in massive savings to a company and huge growth in the engagement of all employees - amazing results and a great story.
