About Debbie Inglis Associates
Founder Debbie Inglis has over 15 years of experience, guiding and supporting colleagues in the workplace with a mixture of training, mentoring, consultancy and coaching. Her experience has also included Team Leading and Project Management. Debbie now specialises in one-to-one coaching and is highly motivated by seeing positive changes with all her clients. Her personal approach to coaching is calm, positive, empathetic and sensitive, challenging but supportive. Debbie works from a basis of authenticity and honesty.
