 About Debbie Inglis Associates

Founder Debbie Inglis has over 15 years of experience, guiding and supporting colleagues in the workplace with a mixture of training, mentoring, consultancy and coaching. Her experience has also included Team Leading and Project Management. Debbie now specialises in one-to-one coaching and is highly motivated by seeing positive changes with all her clients. Her personal approach to coaching is calm, positive, empathetic and sensitive, challenging but supportive. Debbie works from a basis of authenticity and honesty. Debbie has been a regular guest on Heart fm in the "Sort Your Life Out" section, and a guest on Radio Derby. Debbie completed her training with Barefoot Life Coaching before achieving a Post Graduate Certificate in Life & Business Coaching with Derby University. With a philosophy of continued professional and personal development, and to complement her coaching skills, Debbie is a qualified NLP practitioner, and a trained Girl Talk practitioner. Debbie is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Coaching Academy, the National Council of Psychotherapists, She is also an associate member of the Shires Coaching Community, a group of trained and trainee coaches who meet monthly for continued professional and personal development. As we grow, we are building our links with other like minded coaches to broaden our services, providing quality and variety.
